Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a safe, quiet neighborhood, only minutes to Rt. #295 and the NJ Turnpike, taking only 30 minutes to drive to the McGuire-Dix base. You will also be less than 5 miles from Moorestown and Cherry Hill Malls, and three major supermarkets and shopping centers. Tenant will have: • Choice of bedrooms – each is furnished with a full or queen bed, dresser, desk and cable TV • Cable, Wi-Fi & utilities included in the rent • Private bathroom with enclosed shower and double sinks (If both rooms are rented, tenants will share bathroom) • Furnished basement available for “living quarters” - with TV, sofa bed, mini fridge, treadmill, elliptical and air hockey table • Access to the shared/common areas of the home; kitchen, dining room and laundry room, large deck with gas grill We own several cats, so you must be cat-friendly and a non-smoker. No drugs permitted. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can commit to 6 months at a time.
